The Sidebar Tavern isn’t just a bar — it’s a music lover’s haven, with live events running almost daily throughout the year. This gritty spot definitely isn’t lacking in character. Everyone that frequents says they love it because of the friendly staff, unique shows, great prices ,and especially good happy hour. 

Every Monday night, The Sidebar hosts open-mic comedy, which everyone says is super impressive and full of laughs. Beyond that, almost every other night is full of punk bands taking the stage. The cover is usually $10-20 depending on the show and the popularity of the performers, so it’s a pretty cheap night out with friends. Under 21 is allowed in for certain shows and will actually get a discount on the cover charge.
