Rosa’s Bar and Grill has been open for a few months now, and if you haven’t yet had a chance to visit, you’re missing out on a mini vacation to the islands. Rosa’s specializes in a modern approach to Caribbean cuisine with an emphasis on the unmistakable flavors from Jamaica. From Cajun catfish tenders to the house gumbo with turkey sausage and subtle spice, Rosa’s has the fare of a much more established Charm City eatery. Other menu standouts include spaghetti with crab meatballs, jerked chicken and shrimp served over penne pasta, and the house signature wings dripping in Kings Syrup and Old Bay seasoning.
